Once the correct answer is picked and Simba commends the player for it, Nala gives him or her part two: to pretend to be that animal in a way that is relevant to part one (For example, if Simba asks the player which animal has a long tongue, and the giraffe is correctly selected, Nala then asks the player if he or she can stick out his or her tongue, and then once the player does well, she tells him or her that a real giraffe couldn't do any better).
If the player clicks on the wrong animal, Simba may suggest clicking on another one.
For part one, Simba asks the player what animal either behaves in a certain way, has a certain body part with a certain description, or makes a certain sound. Simba and Nala have two-part questions for the player on how certain animals act to prepare him or her for pride membership. Once all animal type levels are completed, Timon makes sure that every animal that was the subject of every previous minigame (and the player) are all present and accounted for.
